I use this as my protein for my protein shakes – 2 scoops, about a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa, cinnamon, stevia (love the English Toffee Sweet Leaf Stevia), and a packet of Truvia. I mix it all together with almond/coconut milk. It dissolves easily, but the cocoa and cinnamon don’t, so I use a hand blender. It makes a tasty protein shake.
