My belief

I believe that being fit and clever is the ultimate responsibility for all of us. You get to live once, so why not make it meaningful. My goal is to find and provide solution to your fitness, health, nutrition and other life problems.


All progress takes place outside the comfort zone. A person who is fit is capable of living life to its fullest extent. Physical and mental fitness play very important roles in your lives and people who are both, physically and mentally fit are less prone to medical conditions as well.


To Share is to care. Therefore i will keep my readers updated on a regular basis about everything that has the potential to improve your health both physically, mentally and emotionally.


As Einstein understood, creativity is a form of cleverness. Reading books is one of the best hobbies to become smarter and clever and enhance your brain. Learning through other people experience is the smartest thing to do. Reading, of course, requires patience, diligence, and determination.
